- Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, and referral sources via privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible Analytics — no cookies, no personal data).
2. How We Use Your Information
- Lead routing: We share your quote request details with the caterer(s) you selected so they can respond to your inquiry.
- Claim processing: We use claim information to verify business ownership.
- Email notifications: We send transactional emails related to your quote requests or claim submissions.
- Service improvement: Aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us improve the platform.
3. Information Sharing
We share your information only in these circumstances:
- With caterers: When you submit a quote request, your contact and event details are shared with the selected caterer(s).
- Service providers: We use Resend for transactional email delivery. They process emails on our behalf under their own privacy policy.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain lead and claim data for up to 24 months after submission, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
