By accessing or using WeddingBite (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WeddingBite is an online directory that connects couples planning weddings with catering and bar service providers. We provide listing information, pricing data, and facilitate quote requests between users and caterers.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when submitting quote requests or claiming listings.
• You must not submit spam, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• You must not attempt to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service through automated means without permission.
• You must not interfere with or disrupt the Service.

4. Listing Information

WeddingBite strives to provide accurate caterer information, including pricing. However:

• Pricing and availability are subject to change and should be confirmed directly with the caterer.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing information.
• Listings may include information curated by WeddingBite or submitted by caterers themselves.

5. Quote Requests and Leads

When you submit a quote request:

• Your contact and event details will be shared with the selected caterer(s).
• WeddingBite does not guarantee that caterers will respond to your request.
• Any agreements, contracts, or transactions between you and a caterer are solely between those parties.

6. Claiming a Listing

Business owners may claim their listing on WeddingBite. By submitting a claim:

• You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business.
• WeddingBite reserves the right to approve or deny claims at its discretion.
• Claimed listings may receive lead notifications and additional features.

7. Premium and Paid Services

WeddingBite offers premium listing tiers for caterers. Premium subscriptions:

• Are billed monthly at the rate displayed at time of purchase.
• May be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
• Do not guarantee a specific number of leads or business outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

WeddingBite is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of any caterer's services.
• Any disputes between users and caterers.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on WeddingBite, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WeddingBite or its content providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
